Courtesy of my brother, M Otis, my main man in China, the Hoodoo of Chengdu, comes this line that was coined by his friend Shiro in IM correspondence:

"You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, and half the people twice in a row."

Now that's funny! Or it would be, if it wasn't so tragic.
